Sales in Third Downtown High Rise
176 View Homes at 222 SW Harrison Will Start at $200,000
PORTLAND, Ore.– September 4, 2007 –Harrison, the new residential community formerly known as the Portland Center Apartments, announced today that sales of 176 newly remodeled condominiums in its third and final residential tower, located at 222 SW Harrison (Harrison South), will begin this week. The release comes in response to consistent, strong demand for the project’s previous offerings of view homes at 255 SW Harrison (Harrison West) and 111 SW Harrison (Harrison East). Since sales opened at Harrison in April 2006, more than 300 homes have been sold in the first two towers, for an average of approximately 18 units sold per month during that period.
Meanwhile, conversion and remodeling of Harrison South has been moving ahead swiftly. The first move-ins for Harrison South are expected in late 2007.
