| Updated Harrison Opens Second Tower

PORTLAND, Ore.– October 15, 2006 –Sales have opened on the east tower of the Harrison, the second release in the planned 537-unit condominium conversion in the three high-rise towers on Southwest Harrison Street.
Built in 1965, the Harrison was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, architects of the Sears Tower in Chicago. The building is being redeveloped by a team including Williams & Dame. Units in the remaining, south, tower are expected to be released for sale in late spring or early summer 2007.
The east tower includes one-bedroom, two-bedroom and penthouse units priced from $160,000 to $766,000. Ranging in size from 566 to 1,653 square feet, the condos feature all-new interiors.
