The Portland Business Journal
PORTLAND, Ore.– August 9, 2006 –Buyers continue to embrace the Harrison, the largest conversion of apartments into condominiums in Portland history.
The development team, led by Reliance Development, said it will begin selling units in the second of Harrison’s three high-rise towers after a strong response to the first tower.
The first tower is 85 per cent sold. Sales in the second tower, which has 156 units, will begin in October.
The 537-plus unit complex is the former Portland Center Apartments and is in the Auditorium Blocks neighborhood of downtown Portland.
Prices in the second tower will start at $180,000 for a one-bedroom unit, $270,000 for two bedrooms, and $500,000 to $615,000 for the penthouses.
