65% of Harrison Phase One Sales Release
is sold in just one weekend.

Interest in 225 SW Harrison, which still has view units available, is bolstered by new owners’ ability to move in starting August ’06.

PORTLAND, Ore.– May 1, 2006 – Harrison, the new residential community formerly known as the Portland Center Apartments, saw first-day sales of more than $30 million for its initial release of condominiums, according to figures from its sales center’s April 22-23 opening weekend. Interest in 225 SW Harrison, which still has view units available, is bolstered by new owners’ ability to move in starting August ’06.

“This overwhelming response proves Portlanders want to live in the heart of the city but don’t necessarily want to wait two or three years to move in,” said Scott Stehman of Reliance Development, which is leading the project. “We now intend to move forward promptly with our remodeling and sales schedule so we can make more options available to potential homeowners.”

View units in a variety of price ranges still remain in 255 SW Harrison. To visit the model units, buyers are welcome to visit the Harrison Sales Center, which is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from noon to 5:00 pm.
